The Naqshbandiyyah is one of the most distinguished Sufi orders, tracing its silsilah through Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA). The Mujaddidi branch, revived by Imam Rabbani Mujaddid Alf-e-Sani (RA), emphasizes strict adherence to Sharia coupled with deep inward purification (tazkiyah).
